Turn Around Time for Custom and Made to Order (MTO) Orders?

My current turnaround time for Made To Order (MTO) epoxy tumblers is 2-3 weeks. Clothing and accessories are 1-2 weeks. This time can vary depending on my current workload. If you need your items sooner, contact me to check my availability.

Turn Around Time for Ready to Ship (RTS) Orders?

Ready to ship (RTS) items will be mailed out within 3 business days. If you add a decal to a ready to ship, add three days to turn around time.

All blinged tumblers will take approx. 4 weeks. I will of course ship sooner if possible!
Please note, shipping time is not calculated into my turnaround times.

Do you take Rush Orders?

Yes! I do take rush orders. These orders are placed ahead of all orders for a $15 fee per item. As all items are custom made, these items will be completed within 1 week. Please contact me to confirm I am able to complete your order in the time needed. (Please note, Shipping time is not calculated into our turnaround times.)

Refunds or Exchanges?

Because all made to order tumblers are custom, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once work on your cup has begun.
If an order needs to be cancelled it must be done the same day the order was made.
Any changes to design must be communicated ASAP, or that may delay turn around time on custom orders. I cannot change the design once sealed on cup or pressed on shirt.

Shipping?

All items are wrapped and packed with care and shipped priority mail (1 to 3 days depending on region). I will provide a tracking number once shipped. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS! I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers.

Product Care?

Please follow all care instructions.

Hand wash only
Not microwave safe
Not dishwasher safe
Don't freeze
Don’t leave in hot cars and/or in high temps
Don’t drop

All items are handmade and should always be treated as such. Although they are durable they have the potential to break or ruin when care instructions aren’t followed. Once the item is in the buyers possession I cannot be held accountable for any damage.

Local Pick Up?

Yes! I offer local pick up and delivery within 20 miles. I am in the Cumming, GA area and am happy to meet you locally, deliver, or have you pick up. You may select delivery or pickup at checkout, otherwise please contact me about local meeting options and we will coordinate a time/place.
